Job Description

As an expanding Wealth Management Company, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our fun and friendly team and to assist in providing day to day smooth running of the office. The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the team.

The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for accurately submitting, updating and monitoring applications through to completion.

The ideal candidate would be someone with administrative experience who is confident working with Microsoft Office along with our own internal IT systems and processes.

Job Features

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience within an office based environment
  • At least 2 years’ experience of administration and data input
  • Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail, numerate & works with integrity
  • Excellent levels of English both Oral and Written
  • Responsible, reliable and approachable
  • Methodical, organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Able to use own initiative and work well within a team
