This company manage and let a large portfolio of properties in the Herts, Bucks and Beds area. Established for over 15 years..

Working as part of a branch team you will be trained to handle all aspects of the letting process, initially dealing with prospective applicants, accompany viewings and selling the benefits of each property to suit each applicant. As you develop you will become involved in more aspects of the role, from reference processing, property inspections and landlord liaison. As the job is customer interfacing a confident personality is critical alongside exceptional communication skills.

The job will also involve having an active role in office administration so an excellent grasp of the English language is critical, strong organisational skills and the ability to have strong time management skills while working in an exciting and fast paced environment.

Although full training will be given we are seeking an individual with ambition and a positive work ethic, driver with own car and a clean driving licence. There is a good basic salary on offer which is further enhanced by individual commission and a generous car allowance.

Full Time role, working Saturdays with a day off in the week
