Based in our Tring office, the candidate will take a central role in our outreach campaigns, compiling lists of websites and contacting webmasters and journalists to secure coverage for our clients' campaigns. Time management and enthusiasm are essential to ensure that campaigns remain on schedule and within budget. A solid understanding of social media is a must.
Full training will be given. Reporting to the Account Manager, the responsibilities include:
Manage and implement campaigns to include outreach, campaign monitoring and reporting
Maintain and build our blogger database
Maintain relationships with bloggers and website editors
Producing coverage reports for our campaigns
Contributing towards proposals
Maintaining the website
Contributing to the monthly Insight newsletter
Regularly update our social media channels
Monitoring social trends
Picking, packing and shipping the occasional physical order
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are imperative.
Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Knowledge of the internet, blogging and social media
As a small business, a good team player is a must but you should also be able to work on your own initiative
This role would suit a recent college/graduate seeking their first role or candidate with some digital marketing. This is a flexible position, so can be part or full time depending on the candidate’s availability. There will be opportunity for the candidate to progress within the business, taking on more responsibilities as the business expands.
We are located within Tring town centre, a short walk from local amenities. Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.Expected start date for this role is early June 2016.
