We've just released our January yoga courses available to book with a discount if you sign up before 2nd December.
We're excited to offer the new addition of a Friday morning kundalini yoga class to the schedule. We will also be adding a mindfulness meditation class from January. Look out for these and all the other wonderful regular classes that you can enjoy with your class card.
Rachel has recently joined the BAYoga studio team as our Wednesday evening 7.30-9pm hatha flow teacher.
Like many people, her practice started as a way to keep fit, build stamina and increase flexibility. Then in 2011 that changed life had a lot to say and yoga was the clearest voice in the room. Through her training and her daily self-practice Rachel found a greater inner strength that served her and continues to serve. Rachel teaches both vinyasa flow and restorative yoga with that voice - compassionate, clear, calm with an open heart and with a little humor too.
Why not come down and try her class as a taster if you're new to the studio, or with your class card if you're a regular?
