Grand Union Investments has revised its South Berkhamsted Concept proposals following comments made by residents at the Public Exhibitions in July.
In particular,
· the scale of the development has been reduced by 20% with a revised capacity of up to 800 new homes, down from 1,000 new homes
· the location of the proposed new primary school has been moved to a site opposite Thomas Coram Middle School, adjacent to the proposed Village Centre
· the route of the proposed ‘Bus Loop’ has been revised.
