The first Ciente team awards were a personal commitment from Trisha Buller, Ciente’s salon Director. An informal champagne reception took place at the stunning Gatsby bar in Berkhamsted and Trisha proudly praised her team’s dedication, passion and professionalism when representing her award winning salon.
Awards for the year 2009/ 2010 were selected from stylists, graduates and assistances for their individual achievements and Trisha, who prides herself on educating her team to a very high standard was delighted to present Rachael Bodimead with the “Outstanding assistant” award and said “Rachael has shown true passion, dedication, commitment and loyalty to the Ciente team and company, she truly deserves this award”
Rachel who received her first award at Ciente and is at level 2 NVQ said “What an amazing feeling to receive such a unexpected but welcomed award, being part of the Ciente team is a real honor”
Amongst the other team awards,Margaret, Ciente’s salon coordinator was awarded for her outstanding loyalty.
