Trisha Buller, director of the Berkhamsted based hair salon Ciente, was invited by the Hairdressing Council for afternoon tea at the House of Commons.
Leading industry stylists were there including Andrew Barton, Beverly C, Trevor Sorbie, Antony Mascolo, Akin Konizi and Terry Calvert, President of The Fellowship of British Hairdressers.
The tea was arranged by the Hairdressing Council and was a chance for the whole industry to lobby government and show them we are serious about regulating the hairdressing industry. The MP present was Austin Mitchell.
Trisha broke off from her holiday and jetted into London on Monday afternoon for this prestigious invite, however she was against the clock, as Trisha had to be back in Marbella for a fashion photo shoot which her creative director Hayley Welling and assistant Carleen McCarthy were styling hair, for a client in Marbella.
This shows the passion and commitment to the industry Trisha and Ciente have and how much she wants to make a difference!
