Berkhamsted travel agent celebrates award for excellence
The people at Berkhamsted’s TravelTime World are celebrating local boy Ashley Quint’s award for excellence from Caribtours, the leading Caribbean holiday company.
Top performing travel agents from across the country gathered at Claridge’s, the prestigious Mayfair hotel, last Thursday and saw Ashley pick up the award for individual excellence from Caribtours’ managing director, Paul Cleary.
“We are so proud of Ashley,” said Jackie Steadman, director of TravelTime World. “He’s been with us for seven years and this award was in recognition of his fantastic knowledge of the West Indies, his love of the region and his enormous enthusiasm for Caribtours.”
Caribtours itself is no stranger to awards. The tour operator has collected the highly sought-after Travel Company of the Year award three times in the past five years and won many other accolades, including the Specialist Tour Operator of the Year award.
“I’m really chuffed to get this award,” said Ashley. “Caribitours are really good and I’m always happy to recommend them to customers looking for something a bit special.”
