Voyager Club takes a luxury trip down memory lane to see “the best West End musical in years”
TravelTime World, Berkhamsted’s local travel agent, has come up with another great Voyager Club event for all those who remember the days immediately before the Beatles changed the world.
The club, which is especially for travellers old enough to remember the Four Seasons the first time around, has organised a luxury coach trip on Tuesday 16 August to see the hit musical Jersey Boys in London’s West End.
The show tells the story of 1960s singing sensations Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and includes all their smash hits from their first Number One, Sherry (Sherry, Baby), released in 1962, to December 1963 (Oh, What a Night), which hit the charts in 1975.
With timeless classics like Big Girls Don’t Cry and Walk Like a Man, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons sold over 170 million records and provided the soundtrack to a million loves and losses.
The show has been a fantastic success and was recently hailed by BBC Radio Two’s Johnnie Walker as “the best West End musical in years”.
Tickets for the Jersey Boys trip are just £45 - on a par with the box office prices. But with the Voyager Club, this includes local pick-up, coach travel, show tickets and dedicated Voyager Club hosts for those wanting a little extra assistance. To book, telephone 01442 879787 or pop into TravelTime World’s friendly offices at 225 High Street, Berkhamsted.
