We had a great evening last month at the Akeman in Tring - all nine of us had very good food and the atmosphere was vibrant as well just the service was slightly lacking as the restaurant was busy and the staff were rushed-maybe some extra staff on busy nights would be useful (note to management). Conversations included naughty daughters and men in plimsoles!
The club have had seven suppers together now and we’re talking about having a possible winter and trip to Bruges for lunch and to see the Christmas markets there so if you’re interested come along beforehand and meet us. The date is undecided and the cost yet to be determined.
