Around 5.00pm yesterday, Wednesday 12th May, a white Renault van, index number W 219 TRY, was driving around the Tring area and the two white male occupants were seen to be looking at houses. In one instance they showed interest in a parked car and asked whether it needed to be recycled.
About 5.50pm the same day a small white van was seen at an address in Toms Hill, Aldbury. The offenders stole a number of items of garden machinery from a van at this address and tried to break into a shed before making off. The incidents may be connected.
