Alzheimers Society in Hemel Hempstead. Services include Carer Support, Carer Support Group Meetings, The Tring Alzheimer´s cafe, early Birds group and Carers Support Forum. The Tring Dementia Cafe
is for people with dementia and carers to socialise, listen to presentations and join in activities. Held at the Tring Community Centre, Silk Mill Way, Tring HP23 5EP on the first and third Monday of the month between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm. |
