Berkhamsted Film Society was started in 1967 by a group of cine enthusiasts in the Berkhamsted area. It has been thriving ever since, with a steady membership of around 200. We screen about 16 films a year, in Berkhamsted Civic Centre, starting at 8.00pm on film nights. Those films which we guess will attract the majority of our members we show for two nights running, to give people a greater opportunity to come along.
